The Replenishment Email Flow Behind a Store With $1.15M in Sales and a 48% Returning Customer Rate

If you sell products that run out, your next order starts with knowing when the customer will need more. This guide walks through the flow we built for a supplement store, from the timing to the emails themselves.

and when to send it.

A reminder for a 30-day bottle needs different timing from one for a 90-day bottle. The guide shows you how to account for that before you write the emails.

Work out when the product runs out

Use the pack size and expected daily use to estimate the supply. Then decide how early to send the reminder.

02

Show the product they bought

Match the email to the product in the order. Add relevant, supported proof and a fallback for products that do not have an approved proof block.

03

Adapt the four
email examples

See the finished emails alongside their purpose, copy, subject lines, and preview text. Use them to write a sequence that fits your own products.
